    What if I did?

What if I became really skinny and weighed 85lbs? As of right now I'm 5'0'' and weigh 103lb of nice, toned Mexican/Korean goodness. Well, that's what my doctor said to me Friday morning when he was running a few tests on me. Because I haven't been eating, and when I do eat the food quality is poor, or sleeping for the past couple of months my body has started to consume the muscle mass because apparently my fat reserves are running low. If you were to look at my back you can see my spine somewhat protruding from my skin. Haha. Wow, that's terrible. I do love to eat, mind you, it's just that I forget to because of my crazy schedule. Balancing being an RA, being in a full-time upper division science program and maintaining order in the Mods is a very difficult task.

    Eh, I'll figure something out.

When my mother heard about this she pretty much went bat-shit crazy and made me drive her to the Korean market and we bought enough food to feed 20 people let alone my wasting-away-self. So now if you were to look in my fridge all the room is taken up with Korean groceries and yummy snacks. Hooray! At least something good has come out of this.

In other news, I'm thinking about going on another midnight hike with my residents because I had so much fun on the last one. Although they were all boys and kept farting and making weird man-bear-pig jokes at me I thoroughly enjoyed myself. We all wore our rain gear and trekked through the Evergreen forest and lit a small fire on the beach. I was awesome enough to bring a large thermos of hot water and tons of hot chocolate mix along with supplies to make delicious smores. I also made sure to check the tide tables to double check if it was going to be low tide at around the time of the hike, and it was! So yes, I shall host another hike soon, hopefully more of my residents will show up next time around.

    What the shit?

I completely forgot about you my poor Xanga blog. It's been almost a year to the day since I've last posted a blog here. For shame, for shame. I remember when I first started blogging I would write only because I wanted people to read and comment on what I wrote. I would sit in front of my laptop and refresh the page every 10 min hoping to find that someone has posted a comment to one of my poorly written, insanely angsty blogs about daily ramblings and such.

    How fucking lame.

The act of writing should be enjoyable in it of itself! Why should I care about what others have to say?! Yeah! Screw the world and damn all people to hell!!

    Just kidding.

I do still care about what others say about my writing but not like "omg yeah i totally get what ur saying gurrrl", or "word", those types of comments are seriously annoying and provoke me to stab little elderly women in the eye with a five-pronged fork.

Anyways, my summer has been interesting and probably the most exciting in a very long time. Let's see, what did I do:
    • Upward Bound (Call me now!).
    • POD job with the coolest people ever.
    • Read The Extended Phenotype by Richard Dawkins, The Mammoth Book of Vampire Romance by Trisha Telep, Ammonite by Nicola Griffith, Stiff by Mary Roach, and I'm currently reading Wicked by Gregory Maguire.
    • Sprain my right knee...damn.
    • Became a vegetarian.
    • Had the best sex I've had in a really, really long time.
    • Annnd that's it.
So in conclusion, to the average human being my summer doesn't amount to much but I say to you, average human,

    "suck my balls".

  • What in the world...

This summer really did blow for me. All my plans were pretty much smashed and my dad gave my two adorable little kitties away...without me knowing. Even my birthday wasn't that great. Ohhh well. I'm too tired to care nowadays, so I'll let everything that happens be. The world has changed and so have I! But have I changed for the better? Mmm, no. I've realized that I've made a few mistakes and I've let myself slide, a lot. So come fall 2008, let's hear to a fresh start and to some discipline eh? So what the hell am I talking about? Ask me this winter.

I got this right after my birthday, amazing no? Is this a sign of more ink to come? Of course. I'm finding it harder to spell since its almost four in the morning.

  • "I love being motivated!"

Why, why, why am I still awake? Oh thats rights, I'm an insomniac thats why. I am done with school. Done. Now all that's left are EVALs which I think will be pretty simple since part-time programs require a half-page written eval.

I bought a new phone, the Sony Ericsson W580i in white. It's my baby and this time I'm going to do everything that I possibly can to not drop it. Seriously, if I drop this phone and break it then I'm done with phones and will revert back to letters or something haha.

I have no plans for this summer because they all got cancelled. Bunch of bologna that is. Hopefully I'll be able to get re-hired at Forever 21 but if not I think I might dabble in some waitressing this summer. Or, I could just waste my summer by playing DDR and Rockband all day and never go outside.

My roommate made me watch a few episodes of this one show called Metalocalypse that plays on Adult Swim and I must say it cracks me up. Like seriously, who comes up with these storylines because they are so funny. I admit I am definitely not a metal fan but that show really makes me want to listen to some Dimmu Borgir or something. Ha, I kid. Sorry Jen! Have you guys ever listened to Archenemy? Did you know the lead singer is actually a woman? Crazy, no?

Oh yeah, today is my roommate's 19th birthday. Chyeahhh, don't worry, Alex, Jake and I made 19 cupcakes for her and sang happy birthday to her at midnight. Ha, then we all screamed "METAL AT MIDNIIIIIIGHT!", long story you don't wanna know. I also bought her a Marilyn Monroe poster because she basically loves everything Marilyn Monroe. Happy Birthday Jen!

I don't really know why I'm writing in this thing. I must be incredibly bored. I miss so-and-so. Gahh, I miss him so much! Maybe next year, maybe next year. I feel pretty gross, I haven't showered in like two or three days and I'm still feeling sick. Was that tmi? Yeah, it probably was haha, my bad. Holy crap why is this entry so long?!! And why is it raining in June?! I'm so excited for America's Best Dance Crew to start up again. After watching the live auditions I was left feeling a little unimpressed by the crews I saw. Perhaps I was distracted by the RIDICULOUS NAMING OF EACH CREW. Sass Times 7? Team Millenia? Xtreme Dance Force? Uhh, I don't know man but uhh hey if they can dance like Kaba or Jabba then please, by all means, have the most craptastic name ever.

I know this is random but...I'm in love with Cirque du Soleil. I've been watching their performances on my laptop all weekened. Corteo, Alegria and La Nouba are my favorties. I also saw the Journey of Man clip; it was kinda bizarre but I liked it. OK, I need to sleep, the clock reads 6:09 am and I've been awake since 9 am yesterday. Wow I'm gonna look like crap later in the morning!

  • Those looking for the truth should seek the primary resource; none of this secondary, off-hand bullshit. Not happy, not fucking happy at all.
